We are constantly receiving, and processing inputs throughout the day - other people, food, experiences, jobs, interactions, traffic. Choose wisely what and who you engage because if it's not nourishing you, it's probably depleting you and you'll seek to get filled up from some other source, commonly food. However food cannot give you what your relationships, nature, and career can give you, and those can never give you what a relationship with your inner self can give you. Period.
