While blender is dry so your seeds don’t clump and they grind well, blend flax seeds and nuts. You can also pre grind them if your blender doesn’t do a great job. Once they are completely ground with no big chunks add some water and the greens. Blend greens completely before adding next ingredients. Add berries and banana. I like to use frozen fruit so my smoothie is cold and a little frosty. You could also use fresh fruit and add some ice to blend in with it, and less water. Add yogurt if you’re having it. You can add a few fresh mint leaves at this point if you like. I also add a small chunk of ginger sometimes. Great for digestion, circulation and adds a little spic to your smoothie.
